Andrew has more than 20 years of experience across a breadth of industries including real estate and telecommunications.

Andrew currently serves on the Luxembourg holding and finance structure boards of numerous well-known New York Stock Exchange-listed real estate and manufacturing companies.

Andrew has also served in senior finance roles with global commercial and reinsurance companies in the US, Bermuda and Luxembourg and began his career in public accounting in 2000 and is a qualified Chartered Accountant with the Institutes of Canada and Bermuda.

Andrew is also a Certified Public Accountant (Illinois) and is also a member of the Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs (ILA).

He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Sacred Heart University.
